Berlin - Night Pano

On my way to shoot some common Berlin pictures I've been to Gendarmenmarkt with its older historical buildings. Arriving shortly past midnight I expected the place to be empty, no big crowds of party people. On the on hand my expectations where met on the other hand a little dissapointment I felt.  I was not entirely happy with what I found. On the place was a stage with three huge canvas-screens, each of them displaying a video showing single player in different (weird) costumes and sometimes behavior. At the stage I saw a lable names Tanz im August. Ok, but being there I checked the place for a good place for shooting my panorama. To make it short: Like 1,5h later I had two panoramas captured each of them with 11*5 pictures (11 perspectives * 5 different exposures). The processing toke some time but relating to some other panos this one was easy. The resulting size was around 69MP. Not that big, I expected something bigger than 100MP but this is ok. Even though my computer hardware can handle bigger files its better this way ;)

One thing is sure, I'll come back when the stage has gone.  Furthermore I need to check a different place for the shooting the pano.

AddOn: Yes, next time the statue in the middle of the picture will be straight in front of the building ;)

AddOn September, 21th 2014: Being very busy working and trying many other places for pictures I  had no time going there again. Furthermore moving away from Berlin I likely won't go there again. But neithertheless I'm quite happy now about the stage on the right in the image, gives the scenery something special.
